FAQs

Who is buying the lights and decorations?

Sydney Holiday Lights will purchase all of the lights required based on the agreed upon design. If you need additional lights for any other area of the house we can provide those. We will store the lights throughout the year.

What happens at the end of the season?

We will schedule a time to come and remove your lights, decorations or anything else that has been setup.

Where to start?

We recommend starting with your roof line and maybe a few trees. After that depending on your budget we can assist you with some other ideas to really showcase your house. As a guide, our prices start from $1,000.

LED vs Incandescent Bulbs?

We only use LED lights as it is better for the environment and our customer’s energy bills!

What happens if my lights aren’t working?

If you notice an outage at your home please give us a call, email or text and we will schedule a time as soon as possible to come repair the issue.

Do you hang lights in my neighbourhood?

We serve the greater Sydney area. We are always adding new neighborhoods so please don’t hesitate to reach out.
